MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER
Mortarr is searching for a go-getter, can-doer, hold-people-accountabler that can help keep the ship sailing. This is a full-time position for an experienced marketing project manager.

Sweat the details is your life's motto. You are an organized, detail-oriented self starter who guides cross-functional projects and campaigns from beginning to end, often many at the same time. Missing deadlines keeps you up at night and you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that help you keep key stakeholders on task and apprised of progress at all times. You can role with the punches like no other and adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment.
+ Partner with Marketing Director to delegate key tasks for ongoing and one-off campaigns
+ Partner with Account Director to delegate key marketing tasks required for subscriber onboarding process and securing subscriber renewals
+ Manage Mortarr’s content calendar; what is going out when and on what channel? You know the answer every time.
+ Collaborate with writers and designers to finalize content for all campaigns and placements.
+ Coordinate or schedule reviews to keep projects moving swiftly
+ Create and manage a project tracker to enable quick and consistent check-ins with leadership teams
+ Create project timelines for all campaigns — whether for an internal or external stakeholder, you help us understand when we can make all the things happen.
+ Translate sales plans to actionable to-do’s for the marketing team. Own task management and accountability assignments for assigned projects

+ Subscriber Onboarding Process (Enterprise + Marquee)
+ Sales Campaign Project Management
+ Marketing Campaign Development: Coordinate brief finalization, manage tactics and timelines
+ Guaranteed Placement Management for annual subscribers
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
+ Minimum of 1 year as a project manager
+ Familiar with marketing processes (ad creation, campaign briefs, etc.)
+ Experience with Basecamp, Asana, Salesforce, and G Suite/Google Workspace a plus
