ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Account Coordinator is essential to Mortarr’s growth, providing comprehensive support to the Client Success (CS) team in successfully driving retention and expansion of subscribers.

You revel the tech start-up mentality, thriving on innovation and enthusiastically taking on new challenges. You are exceptionally supportive, ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy and thoroughness of your work. You’re a collaborator, communicating effectively and frequently with the CS team to help develop and implement new processes for increasing subscribers, promoting the brand, building customer loyalty and expanding our customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Creating company profiles to support Sales and Customer Success teams

+ Building and optimizing digital project galleries and product showrooms

+ Optimizing profile content based on direction from CSM and/or Digital Strategist

+ Coordinating across teams to ensure all subscriber guarantees are met and reported on

+ Crafting quarterly reports for assigned accounts
