Account Director


Customer service experience and comfortable with online platforms/tools preferred.


The Account Coordinator is essential to Mortarr’s growth, providing comprehensive support to the Client Success (CS) team in successfully driving retention and expansion of subscribers.


You are the epitome of a team-player, supporting the CS team’s goals to successfully onboard and retain Mortarr subscribers. Your mind set is “problem-solver” and “finisher,” always finding a way to get things done right, with minimal oversight. You are a willing learner, constantly eager to grow and develop skills in a changing industry. You revel the tech start-up mentality, thriving on innovation and enthusiastically taking on new challenges. You are exceptionally supportive, ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy and thoroughness of your work. You’re a collaborator, communicating effectively and frequently with the CS team to help develop and implement new processes for increasing subscribers, promoting the brand, building customer loyalty and expanding our customer base.


+ Creating company profiles to support Sales and Customer Success teams

+ Building and optimizing digital project galleries and product showrooms

+ Optimizing profile content based on direction from CSM and/or Digital Strategist

+ Coordinating across teams to ensure all subscriber guarantees are met and reported on

+ Crafting quarterly reports for assigned accounts


+ Excellent organization and communication skills required

+ Ability to work independently, task oriented and focused on the details

+ Capacity to display positivity and an approachable persona

+ Willing to collaborate with the Mortarr team including sales, marketing, analytics, communications and leadership

+ Polished professional demeanor, confidence and enthusiasm for the business

+ Interest in learning and growing to meet the changing requirements of the business

+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

+ Potential to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
